Do I Need To Be Over 18?

Yes, we ensure all members are over the age of 18 as our products are age restricted.

How Will You Send My Membership?

We send Puff Pack memberships via Royal Mail 1st Class. Our Hot Box & Top Shelf memberships are shipped via Special Courier. All our packages are shipped in discreet packaging.

What's In My Box?

The surprise is half of the fun, that’s why we keep the contents secret until you receive them, we will send members an email with an overview of the brands used in their box each month.

When Are Memberships Sent?

Our memberships are sent out once a month with delivery scheduled for the first week of each month (dependant on weekends and bank holidays).

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver to strictly to customers throughout the United Kingdom. We shall be shipping to Europe later this year.

When Will I Get Charged?

You are charged on the day you sign up and then on the 14th of the following month and every month of your membership.

Can I Change My Membership?

We appreciate that situations change and perhaps to want to upgrade to one of a larger memberships or jump down to one of our lower memberships. Simply log in and change your membership preferences via the My Hot Box page.

Can I Cancel My Membership?

If unfortunately you need to cancel your membership then log on to your My Hot Box and click cancel membership via the Subscription tab.

Please send us your request at least 24 hours before your next monthly renewal date to avoid being charged and included in the next upcoming box.

What If Something Is Missing From My Box?

Every Hot Box is made by hand with love and doubled checked, then given its own individual box number. Because were all human there can be mistakes. In the rare occurrence you are missing an item or a product came defective or broken don’t be shy just let us know! Please email us info@hotboxed420.co.uk and we will get you a replacement out immediately.

What Can I Use These Products For?

Hot Boxed products are intended for use with tobacco.

Do I Have To Sign Up Every Month?

Absolutely not. Your membership will continue until you inform us you wish to stop auto renewal or by using your My Hot Box to cancel manually.

What Months Pack Will I Get?

The cut off date is the last day of the month at 11.59pm. For example if you ordered between August 1st and August 31st you would receive September’s box.

Can I Get A Refund?

Yes we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. As long as all products are returned unused and in original packaging we will refund you within 14 days.
